I think I like body beast the most. I've insanity, p90x, X3, asylum 1 and 2. Asylum and and insanity are just too long and they killed my knees even with a jump mat. As for as equipment you need a pull up bar and adjustable dumbbells at the least. They use an EZ bar alot too but you can do everything with dumbbells

just finished my day 4 of p90x3 (challenge day). Arms are ridiculous but I'm feeling good. my first experience with Yoga was yesterday and was laughable.

Is the challenge not your absolute favorite workout?
Tip: if you are struck with enough gayness to take a selfie, do it after that workout. The pump is ridiculous.

Did the challenge this morning. It's a push up / pull up routine. Set a goal for push ups each set and a goal for pull ups each set. I'm still a weak bitch so 8/20 is my goal. The Doc does something like 50/100.
