I feel like it's been forever since I started here.
May 1 I'm gonna start an X3 / T25 hybrid while doing Paleo.
I also think I found a place to start a weekly fit club in Lake Charles.

Not running shoes. Cross trainers are your best bet. Or minimalist shoes if you have them. I even have done some of the workouts barefoot and noticed it helped me with my plantar fasciitis. I also put down foam mats on my ceramic tile floors as well.

Just got a nutribullet as a wedding gift. Going to start doing fruits and veggies for breakfast. Anyone else using a nutribullet?

Yes I do a smoothie every morning. I put spinach,1-2 strawberries, 1/2 banana, half of a small orange and water. I alter it up but I always cram it full of spinach. It tastes really good and helps out. I got best results when drinking them for breakfast and super.
