Yeah I've done insanity too. T25 is a lot like a whole workouts worth of those videos.

Btw, anybody who is military and isn't a beachbody coach is really missing out. It's basically a free 25% discount on everything.

Not sure if this was already posted but the app ultitrack 90 is great for keeping track of p90x3 workouts.

Does anybody else want to punch Ted right in the face when they are doing X3 Yoga?

Ted is a toolbag. You can tell that he is extremely impressed with himself and all of his special yoga moves.

I did Yoga X3 today. It was very easy compared to P90X.

Day 6 the warrior today.

Great workout. I was gassed with 5:00 minutes left. Plowed through the last 3 exercises.

Half the workouts you use your body weight only thus a hotel room is fine.

I did day 5 and 6 in OKC this week. No issues nor will there be any as I'm traveling 5 of the next 6 weeks. The hard part is not drinking on the road. Once I'm done working I'm so damn bored I almost always drink at least a couple of beers a night.

Just finished yoga x3 also. I felt like it needed to be 10 minutes longer. Felt rushed the whole time. I like it was better than the first one though

Just finished day 3 yoga. Boring and not very hard like others have said. I really hate yoga though so I may be biased.

I just finished Yoga as well and while it was easier than the 1st one, I still suck arse at it b/c I am not very flexible. Never really have been. With that said, I will continue to do the yoga instead of skipping it like I did with the 1st one.

Completed the challenge last night and it hurts to type. Tried my best to do a 5 pullup 10 pushup.

Pushups were not hard. i had to modify the pullups bigtime.

Do any of you take anything for the soreness? Just work through it?

Did the challenge last night too. 6 pullups and 14 pushups. Halfway through i was at muscle failure and had to alter the moves. I used the chair for pullups, and had to go to my knees halfway through push ups. I think 5/12 or 5/10 will be better for next time.

Just work through it. I do drink the p90x results and recovery formula. It tastes really good.
