Overheard a conversation at the Denham OMV Express

Two black ladies were sitting next to me. Many curse words and comments about Trump, racists, and white people wronging black people. Finally one lady said to the other: "and we ain't killing ourselves. The whites are doing that. The only black folk who get killed are killed by white folks." I leaned forward and asked, "You don't truly believe that, do you?" She replied, "You got any proof that any black person was killed by a black person? I don't think you do..."
I couldn't help but to simply smile and then move.
