I had college professors showing powerpoint presentations on a projector in 1998.

I would guess that happened in the late '90s. I bought an early projector to use with a PC in the mid '90s and it cost around $10K, so I am betting they hadn't transitioned at that time!

I had a math professor use an overhead projector my first year at ULL in 2010. Was shocked to see one still in use.

In 9th grade i switched my teachers dry erase marker with a sharpie. Classic.

I recall in 2004 that they were starting to introduce the camera overhead deal that would display anything you wanted below it.
