Not under an alias. He sent it to himself from WWL's official twitter account, then took a leave of absence and tried to claim hostile work environment, etc in an effort to get paid. Problem for him is that IT forensic people can track the IP address and device the tweet was sent from and the evidence pointed to it coming from his own phone.

A tweet went out from WWL's official twitter account calling Seth a fig. He's actually gay. He gets all offended, takes a leave of absence, hires a lawyer specializing in LGBT issues to sue for hostile work environment and the such.
Investigation determines that the tweet was sent from WWL's network IP address and Seth's device. Surveillance video shows Seth alone with his phone at the same time the tweet was sent out. His lawyer drops him and he's basically NOLA's version of Jussie now.

Look, some of the stuff he rambles on about, may have some truth to it. There is still plenty of homophobia in America, and radio companies are pretty weird outfits that can still be male-dominated and kinda backwards.
But the fact that, in all of that diatribe, he never addresses what he is accused of... is pretty telling.
I have no doubt he did it, and now he's trying to give us an excuse of why he did it. That ship don't float.

Hope the guy isn't in a dark place and has someone to help him. For everything he has done wrong he doesn't need to come up with a permanent solution. He needs to serve his penance for all the fricked up stuff he has done and move on.
Assload of debt, ruined career, ruined reputation, whatever legal trouble he is in, and dealing with confused sexuality has to be hard to deal with mentally.
