I've been packing the weight on all winter. Getting all fat and nasty.
About to cut down though. Probably Mid-February. What about y'all baws?

"bulking" is for beginners who dont have muscle to show year round.

Just how fast do you want to cut down?
At a 7 meal a day regime and a gallon on water a day, you can pretty rock solid in 2 months.
Did it quite a few times during my competition days.

I started my bulk on January 2 at 154 pounds. Now at 162, gaining a bit faster than I hoped. I think most of its water weight as I am only eating at +550 calories on workout days and +200 on rest days. My goal is 0.8 pounds a week.
I plan on going to at least 175 and seeing where I am then. Depends on how my body looks. If I feel like I am too fat I will cut. I am doing a lean slow bulk instead of a dirty fast bulk.
Ideally for every pound I am adding its 50% muscle. We will see though.
