Jim Stoppani's workout called 12 weeks to Size? I'm doing it right now (on my third day), and it seems okay so far
ive seen it. I like that he varies the rep range each week but I looked at his back/bi workout for the first four weeks and it's the same lifts just varying the rep. not one lower back exercise And the Ab routines are terrible.

Not my thing.

If you want a good Ab workout download 6pack promise from the App Store. You have to pay $2-3 but it's worth it. Don't be afraid to add hanging bar to the equipment. Those are the best ab exercises you can do

Wow, first of all, thank you to everyone for responding. I truly appreciate all of the input and will definitely begin tracking my macros closer. I think I just need to begin being even more active and cutting out the milk. Sabi, I was really liking what you, weights and lsu777 were saying as well. Not to be a pain, but what about supplementation? Anything else I should be looking out for there?

Milk isn't bad if you want gainz. I just use unsweetened almond milk because I like the taste and I don't have to measure it every time I pour it.

Supplements? I use black coffee or black tea for pre and I use chocolate milk and cheap protein powder for post. Other guys may have better suggestions.

Well definitely don't want gainz right now lol. However, what kind of workout program should I be looking at? The 5/3/1?

Aminos and Glutamine combo
Hydroxycut

Closer to show..
Aminos and Glutamine combo
A-HD test booster and hardening (it worked 2 years ago so I'm going to try it again)

its free for using a couple of the exercises. the rest of the exercises are locked behind a paywall.

i like good mornings with light weight (i know a lot of people dislike them though)

dumbell superman hyper-extension (dont hold the weight by crossing your arms) - dont actually hyper-extend, the lift ends when your body forms a straight line.
like this but with one dumbell. i would suggest going light weight around 10 to 15 your first time. these are hard. LINK

Gains aren't bad, bro. You have to change your outlook on diet.

Saturated fats boost testosterone.

Monounsaturated fats aide in protein synthesis.

Carbs are essential for energy and building muscle.

Protein builds muscle.

Fats also are essential for proper organ function.

Everything plays a role. If you get too obsessed about your weight you will lose fat AND muscle. You can make yourself sick.

It's all about diet, bro. It is a hell of a lot easier to not eat 750 calories than to burn it off.

5/3/1 sounds like a great program. I had to cancel my gym membership so I'm working out from home now. I don't have access to all the awesome equipment.

3 days of cardio is pretty intense! I only do one day, and I hate it. I know you're trying to lose weight, though.

I'll defer to my other bros in here. I would say one day is good enough, but that's just me.
