Or just buy the RTIC version. I have an RTIC cup and my wife has the Yeti cup. Same damn thing, half the price.

No sticker though so I'm fricked there.

Pretty interesting.. not sure i'd do that on the inside of a cooler.. looks like it would get torn up rather easily.

Though i'm in the process of building a bar on my back patio, probably could use this idea to surround an aluminum pan for ice..

Reminds me of foil on windows to keep out the sunlight.

we just finished a 40 foot deck this last month. i've been debating seriously what i want to do to keep drinks on ice out there other than a cooler but i haven't found the good answer to it yet. something like this could be solid. i'd like to gussy up the outside of it somehow though.

I'm thinking of wrapping it around a small kitchen sink like this

then inset it in the bar top and build a lid for it.

I don't need ice to last for a week, but if I can keep drinks cold all day on a summer day then it would work for what i'm wanting.

I'm planning on this this for our lake house. You could build one of those cooler holders like this.

But build it in a way to place some of the thermax sheeting between the cooler and the wood. You would hide the thermax with an extra decorative rail around the top.

I think with that I should be able to easily hold ice for 3 days down at the dock to hold beer. MS paint drawing not to scale.

i like the idea.

my BIL (who helped me build the deck) screwed in wood around his mini fridge out there with a similar look.

i think this could be a fun project.

You can get these at Kroger, Sam's and lots of other places. They hold ice longer than one would think,
