The common thinking is that boys are easier to raise as their is less drama and less hormonal explosion in their teenage years. Has this proven to be the case for you ?

I left my child in the woods as soon as he could walk. If he survived when I go back I'll update this post

It's really a toss up.

If he is your son... He will struggle.

I think girls are easier until the hormones kick in.

As far as toddlers I'll say no. My twin girls weren't half the work my son is. Wide open 24/7

Boys are easier but there comes a point when he is a teenager and gets mouthy where you gonna have to show em you still got the ole man skills.

I suggest you learn to fight dirty. I threw my 17 year old through a fence once when he got nasty mouthed with his mom.

he is 30 now and still remembers... :)

With boys, you hope they don't impregnate some floozey too young.

With girls, you hope they don't get knocked up. Or end up a stripper.

Well once my daughter turns 13 she's not leaving my house until she's 21 so there's that.

with boys you only have to worry about one pecker with girls you have to worry about all the peckers out there

I've got a toddler boy, and am about to have a girl. I like to think my girl will be harder, but I don't know. My son never stops, he's constantly bouncing off the walls and I can't take my eyes off of him for a split second before he's running off where he shouldn't be. All his little girl-friends of the same age are much better behaved than the boys. They may come with sass, but less ants in the pants 24-7. I'll bookmark this thread and let ya know in 20 years.

Depends. I have both. Boy is super chill and easy. Girl is a pistol but worth the tradeoff with how funny she is.

They say the girl will take care of you when you get old.

I don't think it's necessarily a boy/girl thing. Birth order and just their plain old personality differences is most of it.

Boys are more physically challenging at a younger age, girls are a little more reserved. As they get older girls become a mental challenge and boys become a little more independent and easy.
