T is the biggest crock of shite out there. Don't listen to any doc that says you need to check out levels if your 35 years old

My T levels have been declining more rapidly than the normal rate over the last 5 years and I do feel the effects of that unfortunately. But what the frick can I do about it? I work out and eat decently? I guess I could get REALLY clean but may not be worth it to increase it by just a little. 36yo
