after years of fighting severe fatigue, among other things , finally got my doc to agree to test my T levels 2 years ago at 31 years of age. My levels were sub 300. Hit the diet and exercise pretty hard and lost 45 lbs, and managed to get my levels up to 350ish. Now that we are done making babies, I'll be signing up for injections soon. Looking forward to making it a full day without falling asleep mid afternoon while trying to have a conversation or, worse, while driving.

your levels were down because you were 45lbs overweight

congrats on losing the 45 though!

My T levels have been declining more rapidly than the normal rate over the last 5 years and I do feel the effects of that unfortunately. But what the frick can I do about it? I work out and eat decently? I guess I could get REALLY clean but may not be worth it to increase it by just a little. 36yo
Just started running again, maybe that will help

I can't believe that so many of you even know what you're T levels are.
