Well seeing as how the country is apparently "rich" again he can probably charge a fortune for janitorial yard work that w2's find too tiring. I wouldn't be surprised if he makes more than the nurse for less time. If thst I the case then he needs a second crew and needs them working around the clock until we have 2008 all over again.

A quick morgage calculator search reveals that an 80k income with even $1000 monthly debt and only 8k down should get you a 210k home in that zip. Not a bad starter home, especially for trashy people
