The gym on St Charles will allow you to powerlift. 504 Raw used to be based out of there. Nice place with tons of equipment that an Anytime or Snap wouldn't have.

I wouldn't mind joining a crossfit gym if I didn't actually have to do crossfit and could just use their racks and platforms. But apparently I can't do that which is why I'm not looking at crossfit gyms.

They definitely have powerlifting, oly lifting as well as strongman classes there. I'd call them to confer

Yea but I don't want to go to classes. I just want to go, do my lifts and roll. Not interested in making sure I'm there at an exact time etc. Also don't want to pay for coaches/classes that I don't want or use.

That place on St. Charles one block from Avenue Pub is a decent gym, not sure about how much it cost or how crowded it gets. There is also a decent personal training gym my friend goes to called Cypress Fitness that is close by. I think they have open gym times where you can just come in and lift without doing classes or training.

Lifting weights is bad for your joints, try cycling or yoga instead

I thought Franco's was a place where rich women with no jobs go to do spin class.
