What is a good ratio when trying to shed BF compared to muscle?
BF:GAINZ
2:1? 3:1?
Latest BF was measured at 9.4% today carrying 197 lbs. Trying to look for a realistic goal of dropping 8-9 lbs of BF and guess how much muscle I'd lose in the process.
