The IRS want you to consider a company car as a perk to your employee if they are allowed to drive it for anything not work related and as such list it as income for the employee or have them pay a specific amount to use it. That is likely what the $120 charge is for.

photobucket doing photobucket things
basically if you copy/paste the link you used for that image into a new tab you'll see your photobucket account and anyone can click your name to access everything.
in the future, download the pic you want to use and upload it to imgur (don't create an account at imgur) and it will be more anonymous.

This is the best piece of advice you've gotten ITT.
I don't have anything to hide either, but there are some deranged posters on this site who derive sick satisfaction fricking with complete strangers. I've seen them track down posters IRL names, address, employment, etc, starting with benign posts like yours.
I'd take the photo down and repost as CAD instructed to remove any personal info.
