re: OT Lawyers: Could you get in trouble for sending info to inmates about other inmates?

You assume that data is gathered purely from incident reports, and that hospital route logs, notes gathered during med-pass, and the vast network of snitches you don't know about don't even exist.
No I think it’s the other way around. You think data gathered in these instances isnt a fraction of what’s actually happening because if it was prisons would be Sunday school. Data is gathered from jailhouse snitches because well...they are jailhouse snitches and they give up for a minimal gain. Is that credible info to you? Oh I forgot your a prosecutor, the biggest POS in the judicial system. You are worse than the criminals. When you stop the drugs, rapes, prostitution, robberies, murder & whatever other criminal enterprises going on inside prison then you can talk about fricking data. Oh and by the way the only reason rapist and pedophiles live long lives in prison is because of PC. Otherwise they would be dropping like flies.

I was a prosecutor a decade ago.
You'll have to forgive the weight, or lack thereof, that I afford a former prison inmate as to the validation of data, the credibility of Intel gained from informants (of which he is utterly clueless) or his misunderstanding of what protective custody is, the fact that people aren't spending 20 years on PC, and the fact that PC is used as a tool to manipulate simple people in GP who aren't capable of understanding that all those people transition to live amongst them. The most "at risk" inmates, like Jan Porretto, a tiny, former NOPD officer convicted of murder of a gay lover, are able to transition from PC to GP because research and numbers show that the inmates like you.... well, they're all talk. Numbers overwhelmingly show that people like you, despite the rhetoric, tuck their tails and shut up when the rubber meets the road. And that's a good thing for inmate safety.
If not for that 0.7% of the population on PC, bodies would be everywhere, "dropping like flies." And for all the child sex predators not on PC... well, we're not worried about those, right?

I don't think that anyone that really knows how things work would hold their breath but it's clear from your other comments that you don't know what you think you do.

TBH I think that's the OPs idea. Kudos to that, hope that TPOS gets what coming to him.

I can’t talk to you because you have cancer and we have to treat you with kid gloves now.
But luckily for me you still have no qualms showing off your glaring ignorance on most all subjects all on your own

No. The last time you mouthed off at me before I ever contracted cancer you got banned for 6 months. You don't have to handle me with kidd gloves you don't have to handle me at all but you can't help yourself. You've still got a grudge. What a petty piece of shite you are.

I hope you know that cold blooded killers inside mediums and highs don't give a shite about your data. Use some common sense, lifers don't give two shits about beating you down and slitting your throat under the stairs where there's no cameras and no CO's. It's called a blind spot and they are used very wisely in prisons and jails across the country but your data didn't pick that up so it must not be true. Ok send that killer to a lockdown facility and well there's another one just like him willing to do the same thing

Most people don't want to catch another charge but the people that are serving long sentences don't care about that and are more likely to do something violent to another inmate.

Convicts that have done time in higher level prison's would get a kick out of tLSU's "data"

Not prison, only jails.

in Mississippi, the gangs run the prisons so there are no riots. Many times, the guards are either paid by the gangs or since so many guards are women, they are screwing the inmates

You truely believe that watching prison documentaries on Netflix helps you understand the criminal persona?
Well we all know what "Tossin Salad" is b/c of one documentary in particular.
