Good luck living past 50. You don't need all that shite to get gainz, just eat alot, lift, and add in a little cardio.

That's a lot of stuff..
What are you prepping for?

Besides my post-workout shake with BCAAs and Glutamine, I just eat food...

Right now I'm taking:

2 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vitamins per day. I take them in the morning.

Some protein powder/mass gainer I bought at Kroger. I take that postworkout with chocolate milk (1 scoop). I also mix it in my daily homemade smoothie (1 scoop).

I drink coffee or black tea before my workout.

The only thing really new is the Urso-X.

I'll give an update on it later.

Man I almost do the same thing except I eat two devilled eggs pre/post. None on leg days.

An honest question; do you train with Pierre also?

How's the quest for weighted ab exercises going?

Well, the other night I was trying to reposition my feet while doing reverse grip upright rows (like an idiot) and I hurt my lower back, so I'm taking a week off.

So, I'm still in the research phase. I loved all the recommendations, though.

Multi-vitamin
Fish oil
Optimum Gold Standard Pre-WO
Scivation Xtend

I quit using whey protein a few months ago and have noticed 0 difference in my size or strength.

I'll be okay. I have a slight curvature in my spine that makes one side of my hip stick it more than the other, so certain exercises take more concentration than others.

Yep. People don't understand it is just a food supplement. It is great as a matter of convenience but personally I would rather eat real food and be full. A shake doesn't fill me up.

Wouldn't it just be easier to do steroids?

btw that is not that many things if you know what each dose. so don't listen to the idiots saying you won't live past 50. 99% of those are health supplements. But none are needed.

you should like the ursolic acid. I did when I took it in my younger days.
