please tell me what he is using that is so harmful are that is in any way comparable to steroids?
of the supplements he listed
AST Urso-X (Ursolic Acid) - muscle building supplement
AST Raptor (Beef peptide protein with creatine): Late night - FOOD
AST Multipro 32x (multivitamin) - Health SUpplement
Ripped Freak PWO - Caffine/Muscle building
To go along with:
BCAAs -Food/muscle building/health supplement
Omega 3 -Health
Flaxseed - Health
HMB -
Progenex Protrein: Postworkout - Food
X-Endurance Protein: Preworkout - Food
none of the supplements listed are needed. But the ones i listed as food are used as a matter of convenience/way to meet macro goals. the health items should be taken as it is almost impossible to get enough of those in a whole food diet. The only ones people should question are the muscle building ones, which is only 2.
If you are ignorant on what each supplement does then don't comment.

How do you know what is in the jar and the health consequences of taking it? Is it regulated by any agency? Nope. Can they put whatever the hell they want in the jar and write whatever the hell they want on the outside? Yup.

Good God...
I take a multivitamin, fish oil, and use preworkout and drink a protein shake after my workout.
Eat right and work out regularly, and it does the trick. All that shite seems unnecessary...

Lab test paid for by the comapny. Jeez thats surely legit.
Look, there's nothing wrong with multi-vitamins or protein powders. You couldn't pay me to take that pre-workout shite.

LOL that ish won't do anything, and probably cost a small fortune.
ETA: I just have a protein shake as part of breakfast, one before I workout, and just eat normal meals in between.
ETA2: I mean, I guess I also take Omega 3's if you count my multivitamins.

There are companies that have legit testing and i dont really take preworkouts either and wont take anything that has a proprietary blend.
And lol at thinking steroids are regulated. Only prescription trt and prescription deca is. Good luck getting that.
