Bushnell Range finder went out. Have had it for years. What's in your bag? Range finder? Skycaddie? GPS watch?

I have an older Nikon rangefinder. I still prefer that over GPS or the watch.

Range finder is a much smarter play until more courses get the GPS mapping.

And you can range find from anywhere to anything, like the woods to the fairway bunker in my case.

I used to use a GPS watch and GPS apps but now I use a rangefinder and I prefer that. You get a more exact yardage to whatever you want with a rangefinder.

Range finder. I like being able to shoot fairway bunkers/hazards off the tee when I'm playing unfamiliar courses.

I use a GPS app on my phone. Tells me front, middle, and back of the green and distance to various hazards. I think it costs like $2.99. Not sure why I'd need anything else.

I just the buschnell range finder that looks kinda like binoculars. Love it. I don't like the compact one they made. I just can't keep it steady.

I don't know exactly why I just don't like the gps stuff. I'd rather laser shoot and know for sure

Nothing. My caddy walks the course the night before I go play

I need a realllllly cheap range finder. I've been making the wife cut back on "extras" because we are building a house and I can't justify dropping $150 on a range finder...she won't understand the importance!

ETA:

Nvm just bought a $100 on ebay.

I use a Garmin Approach watch. Love it.

BUT, my next golf purchase will be a range finder with slope. It's really easy to underestimate how big of a yardage adjustment is needed on seemingly little slope change.

I can get away with just a range finder at my country club, but I'll use a GPS app on my phone for courses I'm not familiar with.

GPS watch. It tells front/middle/back pin placement, distance to and across hazards.

The only thing it doesn't do is random distances like if I am punching across the fairway.

I almost always play with someone who has a rangefinder, so we usually get confirmation from each other, usually to within two yards or less.

My hand isn't steady enough for a rangefinder. I've never played on a course that wasn't in the database for the watch.

Because I could never fricking do that.
