I figure he is either 1.) really bad at golf and looking for real help 2.) really good and trying to hustle a game up 3.) trolling us golf guys hard.

Your hips are getting way ahead of your hands. I'm assuming your miss is a block or an over corrected snap hook. Also, why do you set up with your back foot closed and front so open? You should do the opposite, might slow down your hips. You could also stand a little closer to the ball so that you aren't reaching.

You're losing a lot of potential power coming off that back foot and spinning around your front instead of pushing off with the back.
Focus on keeping your back heel on the ground longer and have that foot tilt toward your target before it rotates to the toes. It comes completely off the ground for you at one point.
