schmelly, thanks for the tips. I'm going to do some research . If I take lessons would this be something discussed? Assuming the lessons are legit, of course.

Probably swinging it wrong. Finishing in a reverse C can kill your back.

All these responses and no dead lift advice yet?
To be fair, I was at work, and Ryno's banned. Sorry. I should have been here.

I think he may be hitting his silverback transition. It's time to help this kid Net. It can be a difficult time for a young man.

So I'll deadlift my t spine while stretching my glutes and hammies as well as pause my swing a little bit and make sure to take Aleve

Cocaine and gallon of rum, three plates on each side.
That's a good warm up where I'm from. Gotta beat it out of the dirt at that point.

I have tried it all and my back still hurts swinging a club and the ball goes crooked and short. I suggest taking a new hobby.

Sounds like you've gotten some good advice here.
You learned in one thread what took me 5 years to figure out. Who feels dumb now?

Have you considered micro brewing IPA's, or at least hoarding rare 6 packs of it for taking pics with by the beach?

Deadlifting is a great hobby. It will make your back and body strong like oxen.but it won't help you from hurting from swinging a golf club...that twisting motion ain't natural.
