Man F the hot pocket. Eat something wholesome and nutritious. I would go with some type of whole grains and vegetables. Like quinoa with some sauteed veggies

1)Download myfitness pal
2)Track what you eat
3)Eat anything and everything you want to daily while hitting your calorie goal
4)Enjoy life

We've all done the "eating plan" lets be honest how long is that going to last?

What is something easy to pickup for lunch you'd recommend instead of the hot pocket. I have to eat fast at work and don't have a lot of time to make meals

Eating plan: a bunch of shite.

Most people don't consider hot pockets an "eating plan"

Processed food is garbage. Eat real food you don't take out of a box.

Find a way to work beans in somehow. Insane source of fiber and protein, and very inexpensive too. Also, try snacking on some edamane in the evenings. Works for me.

Night before work, prep some quinoa and steamed veggies, throw it in Tupperware, and bring to work the next day.

Fuel over flavor.

Dedicate your Sunday Afternoon to making your meals for the week. It's what I do. Invest in Rubbermaid container set.

Pretty much all I eat comes from these items:

Eggs
Chicken
Steak
Ground Beef
Breakfast Sausage
Bacon
Fish/Shrimp

Cheese
Avocado
Olive Oil
Cottage cheese
Milk
Greek Yogurt
Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream

Steel Cut Oats
White or Brown Rice
Beans
Sweet Potatoes
Baby Potatoes
Breakfast Potatoes
Pasta with Tomato Sauce

Broccoli
Brussel Sprouts
Onions
Kale

Berries
Bananas

Doesn't even have to be that hard. Just boil a shitload of eggs on Sunday and eat 2 or 3 in the morning.
