It’s okay, they all got the clot shot so people can go back to overeating and being disgusting.

100% guaranteed if I did buy one at any McDonald's in the U.S., it will not look like that

So? A subway foot long dwarfs that.

You could eat one for dinner and one for lunch and lose weight.

If you skipped the fries, soda, and didn't eat anything else all day you certainly could lose weight. That would be 1560 calories which would put most people in a caloric deficit.

You should do an experiment and eat only 2 double big Macs a day for 30 days straight and report back with your results.

Eating the same thing every day regardless the food is not something of which I'm capable.

I have incorporated a McDouble and a Diet Coke in my lunch repetoire to lose weight and maintain in the past. 400 cals. Works fine. But not everyday.

this dbl bigmac just looks gross. I'm like that other poster in this thread that has never has a bic mac

Big Macs back in the day were pretty good. I rarely ever eat McDonalds, but my kids were getting the Happy Meals for the squishmallows so I've had it a few times lately. The Big Mac patty looks like a smashburger now. There's nothing to it, and one time I had a quarter pounder, all I tasted was grease. I also ate Burger King a few months ago, got a whopper combo, the patty literally had no taste whatsoever. Not a grill taste, nothing. If it wasn't for the ketchup I would have thought I had COVID. I was actually thinking through whether it was possible for a minute. Fast food is just not worth it anymore.

I agree. It's been a long time since I've had fast food -excluding the fries I steal out of my son's meals

The last time I had fast food I felt terrible.

That being said- I do like a Freddy's steakburger and would eat that.

So maybe I'm just a walking contradiction- but McD's and BK are both no's for me.
