OT Docs: Pounding headaches out of nowhere while exerting force

I've always been active and worked out regularly and the following has never happened. I did drink very heavily Saturday all throughout the day and was extremely hungover Sun if that has anything to do with it. With that said....
While having sex with my SO Sunday night I started getting a pounding headache out of nowhere to the point of having to stop. The next morning the headache was lingering, not near as bad, and eventually faded.
Worked out Tues morning before work and was fine. Tues night, was jerking off and the headache came back.
I went for a run both Wed and Thurs and was fine.
This morning, I went to the gym, and two sets in the pounding headache comes back and is still hurting pretty bad.
Any ideas? Am I going to die?

Cat Scan.
No bullshite. It would be irresponsible of anyone to tell you otherwise. Could be a whole lot of nothings, but the one big something it could be is no fricking joke.

check your blood pressure ... today. that may be best achieved by going to an ER so they can run a CAT scan if necessary. don't fool around with it.

I would see a doctor at the very least. I'm paranoid because a friend of mine dropped dead at 22 of a brain aneurysm with no prior symptoms.

Yeah, sounds like you need to go see your Dr about your blood pressure. I had the same thing happen to me a while back. I had to change my diet and it got mine back under control, but you also might need some meds.

The exact opposite happens to me. To fill my entire wiener full of blood it robs the rest of my body and my blood pressure drops.

Not saying it isn't that, but can it happen overnight? I've always had really good blood pressure numbers.

Blood Pressure AIDS combined with a little Zika virus.
But seriously, go get checked. At least a routine physical and maybe a CBC. I had an exertion headache a few months ago, and it is similar to what you described. I also had my first migraine on a Sunday morning about a month ago. Everything was fine, and probably a combo of exertion/dehydration in both cases, but it never hurts to get checked out since it seems you've had multiple over a short period.

I cannot remember what it’s called but there are headaches that are caused by holding your breath and straining while fapping. If you are holding your breath while doing the other things it could explain it.
