Ordered a lemonade at Sonic and I’m pretty sure it has alcohol added

Took about three sips trying to convince myself otherwise, but think I’m right. So, either the lemonade is old enough to ferment, I received an employee’s drink by mistake, or in Louisiana you have to specifically request the “no alcohol” drinks at Sonic.
Guess if it is alcohol it will kill any of the germs from a second hand drink. Are there any cleaning fluids that taste like alcohol they could have spiked it with? I did make the mistake of correcting my order.

Their lemonades are made differently at every sonic. I get them all the time and some are great and some are awful. I know they are probably the most unhealthy thing on the menu but every once in a while I get a really good one that keeps me going back.
