MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Ouachita Parish Sherriff’s office says a woman stabbed two people Monday in Monroe.
Carrie Lacey is accused of stabbing her boyfriend in the face and stomach with a pair of scissors after they got into a fight. They say a second victim was stabbed in the hand after trying to break up the fight.
Deputies found the first victim shirtless and covered in blood. They say he had a large laceration to his left cheek and stomach and was taken to the hospital. The second victim was already at University Health Conway when deputies arrived on scene.
Lacey had fled the scene and was found walking on MLK Drive not far from the home where the alleged crime happened.
The second victim was interviewed at the hospital where he told deputies Lacey had said, “Y’all better get out of here before y’all witness a murder.” The victim also said Lacey threatened to kill the boyfriend.

Martin Luther King stood for non-violence. Now what’s Martin Luther King? A street! And I don’t give a frick where you are in America, if you’re on a Martin Luther King Boulevard, there is some violence going down! It ain’t the safest place to be. You can’t call nobody telling them you’re lost on MLK … “I’m lost, I’m on the Martin Luther King …” “Run! Run! Run!”

She's being treated unfairly. She seems like a nice person.
She even looks sorry.
I'm sure it was an accident.
