I'll allow it. Close enough to Waylon..

Just the good ole boys
Never meaning no harm
Beats all you ever saw,
Been in trouble with the law
Since the day they were were born

ETA - I'd name my son Merle in a heartbeat

I mean, it was in remembrance of her dead grandfather. I didn’t love it but I know the reasoning behind it. Guess that makes me a cuck bitch.

I know of one.
The city was named "his beauty".
After nefertiti, his wife, whose name means "beauty has come.

So no.

We are expecting right now also and have 3 kids. I have 3 ways to try out a name to see if it is stupid or not. 1) Imagine his full name being called at HS graduation. 2) Imagine him saying his full name at the altar on his wedding day. And 3) Imagine him saying his full name when taking the oath of office (although Mr. DP says this one is null now that we've had a president named Barack). If it sounds stupid in any of those scenarios or you can't imagine a president with that name, it's a no go.

Ha he’s named after that show.

Basically, she took care of her grandfather while he was dying and that was his favorite show. Raylan was his favorite character so it was something I couldn’t fight. Middle name is James though. I wouldn’t budge on that.

Women could sing that Rat song with the lyric

"Said you came from Memphis"

if he grows into a talented woodsman.

If we have another son we've decided on Brian Gary as the name. Theyre both masculine names that mean a lot to us
