Fail to see how this is any different than a nail salon which they never bust. Those women are as “trafficked” as much as their rub and tug counterparts.
Often the same owners and more often than one would think the same employees...

Because the “men” are usually the undercover police, dummy.
SO the only customers they have are undercover cops?

I am all for these businesses being around if they 100% do not have human trafficking or drugs being sold. Most of the time they do
Yet there is almost no record of anyone connected to Asian massage parlors being CONVICTED of trafficking or dealing / distributing drugs...there is a lot of information about them being charged with those crimes, convictions are almost unheard of.
The reason is simple. They are not involved in those much worse and far more serious crimes. They are involved in prostitution which is a fairly minor offense which is tolerated by the local authorities as long as the proprietor is paying the protection fees the authorities expect. Those authorities are not heavily criticized for the presence of a rub and tug because adults for the most part overlook them....they would not overlook them if they were involved in human trafficking and illegal drugs....and they would not tolerate their local officials being on the payroll.

Those four look more into sliders and knuckleballs.

if they don't arrest the men, it was a sting operation.

If they told the cops they were filming for PH content then it'd be legal, right. Otherwise how do all the porn flix get made

The departments get federal grant money to perform these operations

Hollywood told me that all hoes look like Julia Roberts in Prety Woman.
I've yet to see one that didn't look nasty AF.

So a “handjob” can have two separate meanings. Manicure or cure a man.

hey really aren’t unattractive at all. They look better than many of the American behemoths.
In terms of handjobs, they are 6-6.

I was getting my haircut at a place next to one of these massage parlors. The barber told me that they laugh at that guys walking out with their head down all day long.
They said business is good for the Asian parlors.

No, but it’s pretty hard to bust the customers unless you’re having one of the ladies wear a wire or something or I guess testify against the customer that was there at the time of the bust and who had already paid for something illegal. And that seems like a lot of wasted effort.
Entering and paying for a massage or body rub isn’t illegal

I’ll bet most of the ones that lead to arrest are.

I cannot comprehend how it is illegal to pay for a service, but it is legal if they gave the same service for free...

None of them can count to 21 or they would have been blackjack dealers!

It should be very easy to lean on customers and pretend that you have all sorts of evidence against them and get them to testify....this doesn't happen because testifying in court is not the goal...the goal is to increase the bribes paid to local officials....scaring the paying customers off is not conducive to positive revenue growth that finances higher bribes.
Again, if there is a massage parlor in your area (anyone's area), it is Asian themed in some manner (many are but are ran by Hispanic folks), opens early in the morning and stays open until 9 or later at night it is a full service brothel that is operating with the knowledge of local officials who are responsible for preventing such activity. Not everyone who walks through the door is a John but some of the men who walk through the door are Johns and that is the only reason they are there. A quick google search of the Shreveport area indicates at least a dozen likely suspects LOL. That number is probably about right.....12 rub and tugs in a city of what, 200,000 people? Each one of them is paying off local officials. It is the way of the world. It is done openly and without shame or regret. This is why the damned places ought to be legal....the bribery is more damaging to society than someone jerking someone off for $50 or performing a half and half for $150....
