It would seem that the areas with the highest crime are predominately black. It should be noted that it was not that way when the same areas were predominately white.
In this case I would say the conditions of those areas were lowered by .....? The conditions that kids are raised in is dependent on the parents. They control the current situation.

No thats not what i believe. Its actually the exact opposite of what i said lol.
I believe that race is one of the biggest factors contributing towards how a person congregates and associates and creates a culture. It makes sense to group people by common characteristics. I dont care if its genetic/biological. Or if its a social development. It doesnt matter.

And that's another piece of information that gets lost in all of this. How many times did the police say "oh look, a black person. Lets go shoot him".

Not when one uncontrollable characteristic spans socioeconomic stratum. And with more and more race-mixing on the horizon, it will become even less relevant in coming generations.
Socioeconomic class has been and will continue to be the main catalyst in criminal behavior.

Good question, I'll have to look it up when I get home from work
Only know the crime rates are higher across the board in poorer classes regardless of race, but I'm not certain of the difference in rate among them, specifically.

Even that questions i asked gets away from my point. If poor people are likely to commit crime, and black people are more likely to be poor, it still holds true that black people are more likely to commit crime. And doesnt even have to have anything to do with genetics.
Also, blacks in America have about as good as it gets in terms of wealth. of the top 23 poorest countries in the world, all but 2 of them are predominately black, if not exclusively. Why is that? Again, honest question.

As a law- abiding white citizen I like other law- abiding citizens, no matter their race. I don't like criminals, even if they are white. I don't try to get free shite every time a white person gets killed and I don't block the roads while screaming for justice. I trust law enforcement and the justice system to work. It is a fact there are a lot more black inmates at Angola - as a white person, I know that's because they commit more crime, a black person thinks it's because cops are racist and white people are oppressing them.
