The cops pulled up in a swat vehicle.
the FBI had frogmen in the water behind an 83 year old man's house along with a SWAT team in full gear, weapons drawn and a ram to bust the door in.
Did they think Roger Stone was going to turn into James Bond or something and dive out of the second story window guns blazing?

I support "Opening Up".
However, I think open carrying in a bar is always illegal?
Cops might be in the right on this one.

Why? Regardless of the lockdown or whatever, you can't ever bring a gun to a bar in Texas unless you're a cop. They'll get charged for that.

why carry guns if you aren't going to use them? wake me up when some of you are willing to actually fight the cops.

This.
The open carry guys are idiots. Every bar has the no carry sign. Or illegal to carry a firearm inside. Open or not. Especially in Texas. This isn’t the bar or city either. I believe it is TABC and ATF mandated.
Bar probably fricked itself too if it can be proven they encouraged open carry. The TABC is not the most flexible of government entities.

Yeah, that’s the question here.
Did the bar have the signs up?
Did the bar encourage its patrons to carry?

And what about what the local and state governments are doing? Shutting down selective businesses while others run out of money? Telling people where they can and can not go? How are the gvt officials not breaking the law? I guess the cops only arrest the common people and leave those that write their checks alone?
