I don’t know which side instigated this. But the Villistas wouldn’t dare cross another club, especially one of the big national clubs like the Mongols, without the blessing of the Bandidos. Or at least they wouldn’t if they walking around sense.

Villistas are a support club. They follow rules laid out by their dominant club.

Yes. Usually that’s where guys have to start before joining the dominant club. For these guys that’s the Bandidos. They would not defy them or do something like start a war with another club, especially one of the big clubs, without their blessing.

Now, having said that, dominant clubs do use support clubs for dirty work.
