I am horrible at liquid eyeliner but I need help with a wrap to go over cocktail/ party dresses. If you are a bigger size your upper arms do not need to be on display. Plus it is cold. Why is everything small straps? I need a sleeve lol!

I’ve seen a lot of holiday dresses that have cape type draping to them to cover your arms

I’m not great with liquid, but I find the Hank & Henry very easy to use and it’s got good staying power.
