I definitely prefer not to have big Sundays. I like to be at home by like 6 or so to unwind

I absolutely hate having plans on Sundays, especially this time of year. Sunday afternoons in the fall are for napping and reading in the hammock. Luckily it's rare we have any plans on Sundays.

Friend,

Sunday Vespers are the best vespers. The day is not complete without that benediction.
O God, come to my assistance. O Lord, make haste to help me. Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever. Amen. Alleluia.

You are so fricking annoying lol

Midnight

I fricking hate going to bed on Sunday because as soon as you do, its time to go to work. I drag out my weekend as long as possible.

Same. We just like to watch the Saints and chill on Sunday. Maybe do some steaks on the grill.

starting usually at about 1-2, my entire Sunday is spent on the patio, sipping bourbon and smoking a cigar while smoking/grilling something....fun as hell and also relaxing and resetting

It all depends on how im feeling. Sometimes I might not leave the house and get a good nap in. Sometimes it will be that 60 minutes Sunday Scaries ticker. Other times it will be at 11:00 PM when the Sunday Night Football game ends, thats usually when im pissed at myself all day Monday

I don't even come home from the weekend until Monday morning. If I can get back to my house by 9 or so, showered dressed and in the office by 10 I consider it good.

Crockpot Sunday's are the best too.

Sunday is grill day for me. It’s actually my cooking day. Chili, spaghetti, pot roast, white beans, whatever. But I like to be home for the day and do domestic shite around the house. I shut it down by 3-4 tho to start cooking and drinking.

during the Fall/hunting season after being at the camp since Thursday or Friday and then finally heading home...after either watching the Saints game at the camp while cleaning up or rushing to get home before kickoff.....Sunday evenings on the couch feels like heaven on Earth after some long arse rough weekends.

I love working from home now a days...especially on Mondays

Working from home gets old to me but it is pretty awesome on Monday. I'd make that a permanent thing if I could.

I just hda to come back to the office a couple of weeks ago, and the afternoon Sunday scaries immediately returned. Like someone else said earlier in the thread, the ticking clock on 60 Minutes is anxiety inducing. It signifies the end of the weekend and the impending doom of the workweek.

It usually signifies that I need to open a bottle of wine if I haven't already

If I hear this and I've been drinking, I immediately sober up. Sunday Scaries are real.

Also if I hear that ticking clock I immediately look for the remote and turn the channel to ESPN for NFL highlights or NBC for the Sunday Night game

Sunday at 5PM is prime dinner cooking and beer drinking time. Favorite time of the week at my house.
