Well, he acts even worse than a Rockefeller heir. If someone stands out at Ole Miss as a rich prick everyone loathes, think what an impoverished jury would think of him. Keep in mind he was so fricking loathed that his dad couldn’t bribe his way into Beta, one of the worst fraternities on campus. There are rumors that he tried to be a Pike (the definitive worst fraternity on campus), and even they wouldn’t take him in. That’s really saying something that he was so big of a prick that he couldn’t get in with either of those groups (if the later is true).

He will want a jury of his peers. Young unmarried white guys that have dated a bunch of crazy sorority girls and have paid for an abortion or two. They don't need to be from affluent families but if not they need to see themselves in the roles of affluent families of the future. I don't know that area well at all but I doubt there are any counties where you could get a juror pool with those in any significant number.

Where is he going to find them in mass numbers? The Pike House? I’ve never heard of any of a student going to jury duty. I assure you no one at Ole Miss is sympathetic towards him. No one is thinking to themselves “Bummer, if only she got an abortion he wouldn’t have had to kill her.”

Yeah, the closest jury I can think of from Oxford that possibly wouldn’t convict him is in Highland Park. Maybe Buckhead if you got a bunch of similar rich white guy dickheads like his dad Daniel, but no way a place like Mountain Brook would let him off due to Holloway.

Well, his privilege led him to believe he was bulletproof enough to get away with murder. If you look at his father, it’s easy to see where this came from. And yes, he’s not as rich as he believes, but he and his father are fricking loathsome sociopaths who think they’re above the law and God. His father raised a double murderer to believe he could get away with anything. Anyone who knows him has said that he yelled this from the rooftops.
It more has to due to having one of the shittiest dads ever. I hope no one that owns a restaurant will serve Daniel Theesfeld during his time in Oxford. I hope John Currence has his photo up in all of his kitchens and has explicitly told his employees not to serve him, with the other restaurant owners in Oxford joining him in this endeavor. The warmest hospitality he should have is a fricking Big Mac.
