I am not convinced she had a sip of alcohol. With the bad road, the texting while walking and trying to get her texts answered, I think she was just more focused elsewhere. I see people walk like that every day while texting.
The coroner's report will have BAC and pregnancy information in it.

She is clearly doing the 1st walk. It’s just a video and only 50 yards or so. But she absolutely is walking like she is intoxicated, she just walked out of a bar, and it’s midnight. It would be crazy to assume anything else outside of an initial rumor she was pregnant. If that rumor wasn’t around, everyone would absolutely say she looked drunk.

Dude, I went to Ole Miss. I know that sidewalk, and quite frankly I faceplanted once while walking and texting on that sidewalk. Many Oxford sidewalks are on like a 5 to 20 degree angle, to where if you’re not paying attention you’re going to swerve. Who here that went Ole Miss hasn’t defended this?
You don’t know crap about the town, and you trying to demean this poor girl when everyone very familiar with Oxford has been crapping all over your know-it-all perspective should tell you something. She came out of Funky’s which has good pizza and her friends could have been there. There’s no evidence whatsoever she was drunk, and even if so it is irrelevant. Listen to people that went to college there, and stop being a fricking know it all when I’m not even sure if you’ve even step foot inside the town.

The sidewalk is uneven there. That and in front of Proud Larry’s is where it is the most uneven. Being familiar with the area, I didn’t remotely consider she was drunk from that footage. Yeah, she’s likely to walk to the left from the start due to the people around her and then slowly go right from the angle of the earth. Having walked on that sidewalk literally over a thousand times (lived on Square in college), I see no visual evidence she was drunk.

The people who think it's somehow damning on this girl to POSSIBLY be drunk when they don't even know if she's pregnant or not, and how numerous this opinion has been the past fifty pages - you're one the of the worst parts of TD. You find ANY little piece of shite strand to devil's advocate to hold out hope that your boy isn't some complete monster he most likely is. And you guys do this in every fricking thread.

Cops know a lot more than has been released. By know they know who she was texting in the video and what song was playing in the van she got into. .

But still, I hate the know-it-all angle from people who I don’t think have stepped foot in Oxford. If she were following the angle of the sidewalk solely, that’s at the point where people think she is drunkenly swerving. She was simply following her feet while texting. I’ve seen multiple people bust their arse at that sidewalk given how uneven it is. Absolutely no proof she is drunk there.

I wasn’t demeaning her. Hell I don’t care if she was pregnant and drinking. Drinking a couple times during your pregnancy is not a big deal. Half my point though was to say it seems from the little visual evidence she was likely drinking and maybe she wasn’t pregnant after all. Not sure how you assume that’s demeaning but ok then...

Have you seen the text messages? I see no evidence she was drinking. If you’ve walked up that sidewalk on a few occasions, you would know it was extremely uneven. Had she been looking up, I’d agree with you, but she was texting and walking.

17th Street consists of a single block. You’re literally a 5 minute walk from the Square (if that). That’s pretty spoiled.
