Negotiating a plea deal and for sentencing purposes.
However, depending on the aggressiveness of the DA, this kid could get hit with Capital and be death penalty eligible. Particularly, kidnapping as the aggravating circumstance.
Also, if you have the unborn child death, you (as the DA) have a lot more wiggle room from an evidentiary standpoint to put on evidence of the pregnancy, especially if the prick contests that she was pregnant. Then again, I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to the nuances of criminal law, so who knows what will happen.

I pray that this pussy is put on 24 hr suicide watch until he enters general population in prison so that he is raped and beaten multiple times every day prior to his death.

Sorry I wasn’t piling on. I was being skeptical that she really was pregnant. Just seems counter intuitive to say “I want this baby” but then be out drinking. But she’s also just a kid still.
