Oldest:

67-year-old baw (remarried a 36-year-old) and they had a baby 2 years ago.

Youngest:

14-year-old girl knocked up by typical trash. That was also 14 years ago...so wonder what it's like to be 28 with a girl who is the same age, now, that she was when she got pregnant.

Oldest: Edwin Edwards, I guess.

Youngest: 14 y/o classmate in HS.

My mother had a lot of pregnant 13 year old patients. Horrifying.

I knew a 26 year old grandmother. She was on probation and on my case load.

Twelve. She will be 22 with a girl who is the same age that she was when she got pregnant.

I've seen where Hollywood folk such as Tony Curtis or Yul Brenner had children with younger wives in their 70s or 80.

Oldest one I know personally is 58 and has four kids under age 5. Madness.

As for the youngest, when we checked into the hospital birth center to have Kid #2, the nurse on duty told us that the last patient they'd had in that particular labor room was a 12-year-old. Said the girl brought her blankie and her stuffed duck to hold while she was in labor because she was so scared. :(

Presumably she got pregnant while 11, and only recently turned 12...so the math works.

I actually know a husband and wife MD pair like this. Not that far apart but she was early 30's and him late 50's

No one under age 18 comes to mind, and I wasn’t really close to any of those.

Put away the crack before the crack put you away
You need to be there when your baby's old enough to relate

I didn't know her when she got pregnant, but a good friend of mine got pregnant when she was 13. Her son is only 13 months younger than her younger brother.

She and the father got married and stayed married until he died of a stroke/frontal lobe aneurysm in his early forties. He walked up to her, said his head hurt, mumbled incoherently, and laid down. Died shortly thereafter.

Anything you want to add about kittens in a weighted sack being thrown off a bridge or Tanden’s untimely demise or anything else?

Actually, this past week, my neighbor's 8 month old cat was hit by a car. We found him under the house, blood coming from his mouth, his spine crushed. We took him to the vet and put him down.

While in residency a woman brought her 12yr old in with vaginal bleeding and pregnant. The mother of the patient was concerned she was having a miscarriage and didn’t seem concerned that her 12yr old was pregnant. While performing a bedside ultrasound the potential grandmother if the baby was ok. I looked at her and said, “No, the baby isn’t ok. The baby’s pregnant.”
That didn’t go over well and I got reprimanded by my program director but it needed to be said.
