Millenials and Gen Xers (myself) are poor employees. The millenials can run circles around us with their mastery of technology.

As opposed to a Millenials...one of whom sent my buddy-the business owner-a breakdown of his Fitbit sleep telemetry while on the road as a reasoning why he needed upgraded-individual-accommodations on road trips.
When everyone else was overjoyed at being able to split multi room extended stay suites. He was arguing for better accommodations. While giving my Buddy suggestions on how to negotiate business deals as an install tech.
This is prior to the completion of his 90-Day probation period. Which he wasn’t retained past.
He recently contacted my Buddy for a reference. He had been fired by a company that contracts Cox Cable service calls. Told my Buddy the owner was mismanaging the company and wouldn’t listen to him. That strategic advice was being offered-again-before the probationary period was up.
Can’t believe this guy hasn’t founded the next Google...

He was on here a couple of times asking us if we ever had a boss that would just uproot people from work they were trying to finish, to have another damn meeting.

All you can do is is deal with it. I work with a lot of older ppl daily. They can’t work a laptop or iPhone and their hearing is shot.
