For example... if someone was born in 1982, they would start their careers around 2004 or so. These people already have been working for 14 years. The earliest "millennials" are approaching 40 years old.

Why are these people lumped in with new college graduates today? With the rapid advances in technology, these two groups of people grew up on completely different planets.

I agree. When I think millennial I’m thinking a kid 19-29 years old.
