I have seen videos on certain websites, where the shoplifter is female , and she is VERY eager to have the charges dropped.. she will do all manner of things to convince the security officer to let her go, i have seen the girl sometimes bring in her friend, or even her mother to work together and help persuade the officer… it’s true .

This seems like those japanese PSA videos warning females of the dangers of being over stimulated on train rides and in massage parlors to the point of convulsions and then being unable to stop returning for more.

I can’t tell if cop entering surprised him into acting stupidly because of the drugs and illegally having a gun on top of the shoplifting that the cop would have surely found once arrested for the shoplifting, or if he was expecting and waiting for cop to arrive to then ambush him and/or do a suicide by cop eventually.

When I would show up at an LP office, before I made contact with the suspect I'd have the LPO show me what he had - video/eyewitness info, physical evidence, register receipt/price info to establish felony /misdemeanor status. Once I knew I had PC for an arrest, the first thing I did was cuff the subject. Every time. Whether I was doing a custodial arrest or writing a Notice to Appear.
Worked south end of the county and got a call to the Town Center Mall for 2 girls shoplifting. They were your typical Boca Raton JAP juveniles and one maybe weighed 100lbs. Slapped the cuffs right on her. Her wrists were almost too small for the cuffs. Her dad showed up and was incensed that his little darling was in cuffs. I told him I'm an equal opportunity arrester and she's getting treated just like the yutes from Pahokee or Riviera Beach. Also explained to him that the last deputy killed in the line of duty at our agency was killed by a juvenile. He didn't like my answer, but tough shite.

His obese girl yelling "no, no no" as the LP guy jumps in to stop the piece of shite from killing multiple people pisses me off almost more than the guy pulling the gun.
The attempted murderer also 100% told her he was doing it before pulling the gun. Put them both under the jail.
