I'm not sure this dude is gonna do so well in prison.
That said, since he never actually got to a kid and assuming he's never done this before, what is he looking at prison-term-wise? I'm sure it'll be significant, but can't imagine he won't eventually get out. You don't grow out of wanting to frick 3-year-olds. He needs to be taken out.

You may be right. Unfortunately a lot of these people could have had normal lives had they not been molested as a child. I would bet that guy got sexually abused by someone when he was young.

Yep, had a guy in my high school who had his life ruined by his girlfriend's bitch of a mother. He was 18 months older than her, but two grades ahead of her. They had been together since junior high. When she was a 17 year old junior and he was either an 18 or 19 year old freshman in college (can't remember), she skipped school and visited him in his dorm and they did the dirty, like they had been doing ever since highschool. The mother found out she wasn't at class, demanded to know where she was, and found out everything. Called the cops and that was it.
Dude was really smart and had a golf scholarship, but was kicked off the team and lost his full ride. He dropped out after that. The last I heard, he was splitting time between part-time landscaping gigs and temp agency jobs. Messed up system.

Of course he wanted to be a priest. He probably knew once he became a priest he could get away with it.
