Alright, then. 400 years. So, can I get almost double their funding from England to study the nearly 800 years of English oppression over my Irish ancestors for the totally not-vague or subjective goal of "help[ing] us direct us to improve the status of all [Irish]"?

1) I really hate when people try to sound smart. Just speak damnit.
2) I really doubt this will improve the status of all Ohioans as I'm sure few of them care. How does a partisan history lesson improve someone's status?
3) I'm sure they're going to need more money to implement those "improvements."
