It's about time he moves out of his bad circle of influence. He's going to make for one hell of a stand-up citizen wherever he goes and that city is going to be lucky. The place he chooses to live in next is going to have a nice economic bump from all the contributions he will bring. Nice bang for their buck.

No. He hired some 19 year old kid to kill 2 people for him. They couldn't "prove" he hired the kid, even though everyone knew. So they give him the maximum on a marijuana charge and send him to Angola.
