Posting about cases wasn't smart, but not necessarily unethical or illegal because most things that happen in a courtroom are public record.
Adoptions obviously aren't and posting about Charlize Theron's adoption is what is going to get him in super deep doo doo with the Arkansas bar.

I got a stern PM from Chicken yesterday about a post of mine of that nature in this very thread that has since been deleted. I recognized my mistake immediately and consider myself lucky to be still posting. To you and your colleagues, I apologize that I unfairly speculated the best admin team on the Internet of doing something that nefarious and I'll never do it again. It's a privilege to be posting on the best board on the Internet.
