wow
I read the first 20-30 pages over the weekend and it seemed like everything was pointing to the plane going down due to some catastrophic event, maybe even terrorism. My first thought when I saw that the thread has grown so fast was that it had been confirmed to be a terrorist attack

Well, it's nearly 9:30 A.M. in Malaysia. Maybe today's the day!

It's gone from probable terrorist attack to maybe aliens really did take them in 24 hours.

If it was a hijacking, who was involved? Is it only passenger(s)? Is it passenger(s) and someone(s) in the crew on an inside job? Is it only some/one of the crew?
Seems to me one or more crew members would have to have been involved unless the cockpit door is not secured during flight like on US flights.

Look at the professions of the people on board and tell me that Iran, and North Korea wouldn't love to kidnap them.

Thank you! All passengers I'm sure aren't dead. Just the ones they didn't need.
Look at who was on that plane.

That's hard to believe?

I thought the experts* were more leaning to this being a mechanical or electrical malfunction, and the plane was trying to return to its origin, rather than fly into a new country, for obvious safety reasons.

That or they were really shitty hijackers that couldn't even manage to clip the country they were aiming for.

Yes nothing has happened other than they were looking in the wrong spot because Malaysia sucks
It still doesn't really make sense how that revelation just came about.

Compared to even a small section of ocean, the 777 by comparison is very small.
A parked 777 occupies 42,000 sqft
663 777s can be parked in 1 sq mile without touching wingtips.
A 100 mile by 100 mile square has enough room to park over 6 million 777 airplanes!

Assuming they lost electronics, trying to fly by visual only at night with no moon isn't the ideal situation.

Maybe they lost instrumentation?
