Do you, or do you not think the "time/energy portal" is a possibility here?
okay, if the plane just appears over say Texas or something then I am going to freak out. But I do not believe in Time/Energy portals.

I think it went through a rip in the space-time continuum and is cruising around in the 4th dimension in a less dense energetic form. That would explain the relatives being able to get calls going through and ringing several times on the passenger's cell phones but no one picking up on the other end. Would cell phones still function after a midair explosion? I don't really know.

They would still ring...on your end

How great would that be? It's win-win for everyone. The plane just shows up still flying somewhere today and the passengers have no idea anyone was even looking for them. Sounds like one of those 1970's/80's disaster movies.

You have to admit my theory is a lot more fun to ponder.

So is this thing still lost?

this is really happening?

Still no sign of it anywhere.

Supposedly, but it means absolutely nothing.

If a search were to go on for, say, 5 or more years, and not one piece of debris is ever found, would we all be able to agree that something sketchy caused an entire flight to completely disappear and write off any notion that it sitting in the jungle or bottom of the ocean?
Weird stuff

Apparently yes. But it doesn't mean what they think it means.

define sketchy?.... like aliens sketchy, or terrorism sketchy?
there is a logical explanation for what happen... unfortunately, we may never know what it is.

Click the link above you. That is what it says. I'm not sure what site that was though.

No, because there are still areas of the world over there that have never been stepped foot on before.

Mathematicians .
If the plane traveling at 35,000 feet at 600 mph or faster(because of out of control descent) abruptly nose dived how fast would that be?
Maybe a pilot/terrorist nose dive of less than 1 minute(I don't know the math ) was not sufficient enough time for any distress call.
Maybe that's why it fell off the radar so quickly with a descent in how many seconds at 600 mph or more?

I honestly think that is where it is. Pieces of it at the bottom of the ocean. Twilight Zone stuff.

friend of mine has been dead for almost eight years and still calls his mother from time to time. Strange as shite, but the phone number is inactive and I don't belive in afterlife.

I can often call someone's phone that is off and it will still ring.
