Watching news: Pretty good idea this happened.
1. Pilot disables tracking systems
2. Plane ascends to 45,000 feet. Cellphones get no signal. This causes oxygen masks to drop - masks last 15 minutes - then all passengers asphyxiate.
3. Then a quick nose dive to 5,000 feet to restore oxygen and get below radar.
4. Cell phones are no longer a threat because passengers are dead.
5. Fly and land plane at destination 7 hours away.

So pilots get more oxygen? If they ran out of oxygen would the pilots not die too?

I would assume so...or they were prepared with more oxygen before hand.
A TSA guy was on FOX saying this is looking more and more like a legitimate conspiracy.

No reason to do that when the pilots could just put on their masks and drop pressure themselves.
The 45k jump, if its accurate, is one of the more unexplained maneuvers.

The pilots could have brought their own oxygen tanks and masks (small enough to fit in their bags).

WRONG! Statistics show over 30% of passengers leave their phones on during flights.
And that's the issue I've struggled with on this possibility. All it would take is ONE phone on and it would ping at low altitudes near land.
So now you need me to believe that the pilot went thru every passengers bags/pockets/etc and disabled every phone? NO way, not while he also had to everything else needed.
Unless someone has a simple way to disable all signals to and from cells on plane, this scenario remains impossible

Pilot have full masks which last a lot longer. Crew have masks with a longer use as well.

There is a simple way. Google cellular jammer, hospitals use them.

Yeah...but they don't get signals at that height over areas with no towers.
That's been established.

Why? They have unlimited Oxygen on board... Passenger masks last for like 15m, but theirs have no limits.

quote:Yes but we would have recorded surveillance. We have that 24/7 so we could easily review the data from that day and see if that fricking plane was in the area or not. I guarantee we already know if it was or wasnt in/near any of the 'stans.
because they were looking at cars, watching that particular transaction. A plane following a commercial route at a time when none is missing or non responding wouldn't raise that much suspicion.

Can't stay up in the air forever guy! I'm talking when they approach other countries at 5k ft and lower. ONE ping blows the whole plan to shite

A ping over the indian ocean?
There was plenty of time to remove batteries from dead passengers' phones.

264 Pages in 10 Days.
If you look at how long it took to find the majority of the remains from Air France (2 years), we are looking at...
264 pages / 10 days = 26.40 pages per day
26.40 * (365*2) = 19,272 pages

So you want me to believe that 1 or 2 guys went thru every bag/pocket/purse/carry-on/ etc and removed the batteries from all cell phones or other GPS enabled device (laptops). BEFORE they flew low over a country like Malaysia or any other with cell towers?

I don't care what you believe. It's very possible to clear those electronic devices while flying over an ocean.
Not sure what's so hard to buy about that...

3.5 hrs at 25k, so slightly less the higher you get.
