At Lake D'Arbonne Chapel you can drive your boat to church.

The only thing I see you do on here is whine and bitch about what everyone else has to say. You serve no useful purpose. Offer nothing. Add no insight to any conversation. Just whining and bitching.

Half the people I see going into some of these churches are in shorts and an untucked t-shirt.

Yes it's an exaggeration but not by much. Very, very, very casual.

The Columbia PFG shirts haven’t been a thing for about ten years. All the try hards switched over to Magellan for half the cost and haven’t looked back.

The death of the suit is a real tragedy. I wore a suit to mass last night and I was probably one of three people.

fricking jeans and fishing shirts at mass.

We had sunrise mass outside in the Marian Grotto our church just built.

Wasn't wearing a suit in that weather but if I were going to Easter Vigil Mass, Christmas, or others...and they were inside...yes I dress up.

Regular summer mass on Sundays? Nope. Hell no

Dressing up in general has completely over corrected towards casual.

Jesus washed the feet of lepers, yet we care what people wear to church?

I tried to leave the house in a fishing shirt and the wife shut me down. It was the only Eastery colored shirt I have.

Then I got to the Bayou and saw dudes in ball caps with shorts and women with tattoos and knew I should have just worn the fishing shirt.

I’m not exclusively talking about church. No one wears a suit for anything anymore.
