I am going for Easter week which will probably be as crazy as Christmas but with more heat. Not sure what I was thinking. Going to stay offsite at Universal and do 3 days in the parks there so at least that will break it up. Got annual passes to Disney so will use those as I wish but not feeling the pressure to get every minute out of them because we have more trips planned. When you do Disney right, it really is awesome.
I tend to agree with the person who said don't do both parks in the same trip but staying onsite at Universal was far cheaper than staying onsite at Disney AND it included 3 days of 2-park passes with the Unlimited Express pass. I was going to pay more just for a room at Disney. With the annual pass it makes it an easy decision. When we went over Christmas we only did one day at Universal while staying at Disney and the one day at Universal cost us $600 for two people. It was insane.

Our schedule is as follows:
2/11 - Legoland
2/12 - Hollywood Studios
2/13 - Magic Kingdom
2/14 - Animal Kingdom
2/15 - Magic Kingdom
2/16 - unknown
You may regret that itinerary. Do you have kids? How old if so? No EPCOT is a huge no no for us. It's our favorite park. Hollywood is at most a half day park right now. We went last October. We had planned another trip in April but then flights to Europe went super cheap. So, we will reschedule for the fall again.

Nah I'll be in Breckenridge next week with what seems like another 1/4 of Louisiana.

It’s honestly not difficult to see other parts of the world when you don’t spend half of your vacation days each year on going to Florida.

Right, but the portion of this board that pretends that they'd be taking their kid to Europe on a regular basis instead of Disney is full of shite.

We went to WDW for Mardi Gras last year. This year we are going the first week of May. It'll be the first time my wife and I have ever been together during a warm time of year. We've only ever gone together in late December or Jan/Feb.

You will be right in the middle of the Flower and Garden Festival at EPCOT. Should be a good time.
We do the Food and Wine Fest every year and enjoy it.

What kind of mentally deficient adult goes to Disney World at a time like Mardi Gras? I guess it's understandable if they have small kids. But certainly not adults.

Epcot is by far our least favorite. We will skip this year.
