That area is not what I would consider unsafe, especially at 10:30 in the morning. WTF is going on in this country? We need constitutional carry law enacted in Louisiana ASAP.

Agreed. The thugs are carrying law or not. All you are doing is keeping law abiding citizens from doing the same.

Sounds like this was a wanted guy from another state - heard a murder out of alabama. No need to waste any of our money housing this animal.

Bossier PD there in less than a minute. Pretty dang good. This dude was nuts. Not surprising he’d already killed people in Birmingham.
